Who you are
- If you're a self-starter with a passion for B2B marketing and want to shape the market presence of a unicorn SaaS company in one of our fastest-growing regions, this could be the opportunity of a lifetime
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS business
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to craft and pitch compelling marketing materials
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a sharp attention to detail
- Proven expertise in event planning and execution
- A positive, can-do attitude
What the job involves
- We are Insider, the world’s first Integrated Growth Management Platform that is loved by marketers crafting experiences for the world’s most renowned enterprise brands
- We help enterprise brands connect customer data across channels, predict future behaviour with AI and individualise experiences
- We’re expanding our Global Marketing Team and looking for a Marketing Manager, DACH!
- Join our dynamic marketing team across 28 countries, take the lead in marketing-driven growth, and build your own playground
- Develops and owns the marketing strategy and execution for DACH, collaborating closely with the global marketing team, local marketing specialists, and the sales team to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion
- Leads all local marketing activities, including demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR
- Manages event marketing programs, organizing both Insider-hosted and industry events, overseeing everything from speaker recruitment to logistics
- Creates locally relevant assets to support sales and campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides
- Works closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality
Our take
Many marketing companies claim to provide multichannel digital marketing tools: but in many cases client data remains siloed, so these multichannel efforts do not actually maximise ROI. Insider is out to change this by using AI to connect data across channels and systems, improving the customer engagement experience for its clients and their customers.
Unlike larger competitors in this space, such as Salesforce, Insider's AI-based technology is able to integrate data from a wide range of marketing channels both online and offline. This allows its clients to better coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels and make more accurate predictions about customer behaviour.
Insider counts many leading brands among its clients, including L'Oreal, Virgin, Santander, Singapore Airlines, Samsung and IKEA. It has also enjoyed substantial funding rounds and earned Unicorn status. More recently, the company acquired Bluecore, an AI-driven retail marketing solution, as it doubles down on AI in the run up to a planned IPO.
