Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in image processing using OpenCV, and be proficient in working with vectors, matrix transformations, and cross-platform integration
- This project-based contract requires collaboration with our device software and firmware team, so effective communication, the ability to work within distributed and diverse teams, and a self-driven attitude are essential
- Proficiency in Python and C
- Extensive experience with image processing using Python OpenCV
- Skilled in vector manipulation and matrix transformations
- Proven experience in cross-platform development for ARM Embedded Linux, Android (JNI/JNA), iOS, macOS, and Windows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in distributed teams
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently

- Experience with Mediapipe
What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled C engineer with Python experience to assist in translating a Python library into C
- Translate and optimize a Python library into C
- Implement image processing techniques using OpenCV, including vector manipulation and matrix transformations
- Develop and maintain code across various platforms: ARM Embedded Linux, Android (JNI/JNA), iOS, macOS, and Windows
- Collaborate closely with the device software and firmware team to ensure seamless integration
