Role
Who you are
- 2+ years closing sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment
- Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- EMEA located
Desirable
- Experience working in Immigration or similar field
- Strong ability to be self motivated and work autonomously
- Experience working in a remote & distributed team
- Experience working as a co-prime or overlay AE
- A growth mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow
What the job involves
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership
- Maintain up to date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively
- Work strategically alongside our core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients
- Drive business growth working collaboratively with our SDR function
- Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organisations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients
- Strong presentation, demonstration and communication skills
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system
