Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, preferably for a B2B or tech company
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, style, and accuracy
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar)
- Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Customer-Centric Focus: Passion for creating content that addresses the needs and pain points of business owners and entrepreneurs
- Creative and Innovative: A creative thinker who can generate fresh content ideas that resonate with our target audience

What the job involves
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s brand and goals
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and impressions; provide actionable insights to optimize performance
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and strategy
- Collaboration: Work with the ops, growth, marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines
