Marketing Services Program Manager, Stripe

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing automation or campaign management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset to track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Desirable

• Serve as the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, EMEA and Demand Marketing teams
• Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Consult on best practices in Marketo, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design
• Design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, then standardize and scale them for broader use
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery
• Lead programs to address recurring execution challenges—defining objectives, success metrics, and building repeatable processes
• Identify operational risks early, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions
• Drive ongoing improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution strategy
• Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams
