Role
Who you are
- You have 8+ years of commercial experience in digital advertising, retail media, or enterprise brand partnerships, with direct quota ownership against ambitious revenue targets
- You bring prior team-leadership or people-management experience in a sales role, and are comfortable hiring and developing sellers as the business grows
- You have deep experience selling to brand advertisers, with CPG and FMCG fluency as a foundation; exposure to non-endemic categories is a strong plus
- You are comfortable building in a fast-moving environment, where playbooks, pricing, and processes are still being defined
- You have marketing-mix fluency and a consultative style: you can position Retail Media credibly inside a brand's broader marketing budget
- You are commercially data-fluent: comfortable with attribution, ROAS, and incrementality, and able to turn data into a clear narrative

What the job involves
- Bolt is building Retail Media into a strategic revenue engine across 16 markets, with Brand Ads at the centre. The next 24 months are about evolving it from a high-potential business into a strategic, scalable, and profitable revenue line
- We are looking for a Retail Media Sales Senior Manager to build and lead the global sales engine that will get us there
- From day one, you are the senior commercial owner of Brand Ads: you carry a personal portfolio of strategic accounts, lead a small founding team across global and local layers, and shape the regional sellers we will hire as revenue scales
- Reporting directly to the Global Head of Ads and Monetisation, you will define the commercial strategy across 16 countries, codify the founding playbook, and partner with Product to commercialise new ad formats and features
- The first 12 months focus on endemic CPG, agency relationships, and in-app inventory; programmatic and off-app advertising follow as the offering matures
- This role has direct impact on Bolt's P&L and offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of retail media at one of Europe's fastest-growing platforms
- Scale the Business: Lead Bolt's Retail Media commercial strategy across 16 markets, evolving Brand Ads from a high-potential unit into a strategic, scalable, and profitable revenue line
- Win Strategic Partnerships: Personally own a portfolio of global CPG brands, emerging local champions, and key agencies, closing annual Joint Business Plans tied to clear shared KPIs
- Build the Sales Engine: Codify the founding playbook, pitch narratives, pricing model, and Joint Business Planning framework that future regional sellers will scale
- Lead and Grow the Team: Lead the founding commercial team and hire the regional sellers who will carry quotas in priority markets as the business grows
- Product Strategy : Translate advertiser and agency feedback into Product roadmap inputs, that drive incremental growth and unlock new opportunities

Across Europe, more and more people are choosing flexible, on-demand transport instead of owning a car. And ride-hailing, shared vehicles and new technology like autonomous driving are all part of this shift. So, cities are pushing for safer and more efficient transport, which is encouraging mobility companies to invest in electric vehicles and even driverless solutions which could eventually reshape urban travel.

Recently, the company partnered with Stellantis to explore Level 4 autonomous, driverless vehicles, showing just how far ahead Bolt is looking for its next phase of mobility.
That said, Bolt operates in a very crowded market and urban mobility is highly competitive, with many local and international players all trying to come out on top. Even so, demand for shared and on-demand transport is at an all time high and only growing.
