What the job involves

Beyond is looking to add a Business Development Representative to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in prospecting new business for the company. We believe in bringing your whole self to work. As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition
Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team
Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity

Our take

The demand for a short-term rental property depends on a wide range of real-time events, but this is often not considered when they are priced. Long-term analytics will often have an effect on prices based on annual events such as music festivals, but real-time events are rarely considered.

Beyond facilitates dynamic pricing solutions by finding the highest price customers are willing to pay for a short-term property rental. The startup achieves this through algorithmically analyzing real-time data such as customer information, current events and feedback to decide on a valuation.

The startup has supported thousands of property owners to optimize their listings across sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. A 2025 partnership with Booking.com has seen Beyond broaden its reach to bring dynamic pricing to more property owners and managers across the globe.
