Senior Account Manager, Marqeta

• 5+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience in the Payments industry, ideally selling complex, technology platform solutions
• 3+ years of experience growing and scaling accounts and building relationships with key decision makers
• 3+ years of experience with the following Sales Tech stack: Salesforce, Looker, Gong, and Jira
• Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization
• Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able operate both collaboratively and independently
• Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner
• FinTech Guru: You already have deep knowledge of disruption in the financial services industry or possess a strong desire to learn the ropes while working with the top innovators in the space

• As Marqeta’s Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will partner with a cross functional team and manage a portfolio of customers to drive growth and retention.
• You will bring a strong track record of growth and deep relationship building experience to provide exceptional client service, uncover revenue generating opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, etc) and viable solutions to these key customers. You proactively uncover the business needs of your customers to understand how our product offerings can grow their business
• While this role will focus on growing revenue by identifying new expansion and cross-sell opportunities, other key responsibilities include:

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify macro, business, technology, and pipeline trends for key customers
