Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s obsessed with crafting exceptional front-end experiences — someone who can turn complex financial processes into elegant, intuitive products that customers love to use
- You’re data-driven, curious and comfortable turning insight into action
- You’re a clear communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
- You have a customer-first mindset and regularly use research to validate your ideas
- You’re confident leading cross-functional projects with moderate autonomy
- You balance ambition with pragmatism — knowing when to ship and when to iterate
- You’re passionate about learning, growing and supporting those around you
- Experience managing digital products or features in a customer-facing environment
- A good understanding of agile delivery and how to run experiments and A/B tests
- Familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.) to measure success
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across design, tech and data
- An understanding of regulated or financial environments (bonus, not essential)

- You’ll shape how millions of people discover, apply for, and interact with Zopa’s financial products, driving innovation across new origination journeys, servicing channels, and customer touchpoints
- You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and behavioural insight, championing the customer in every decision
- Whether it’s launching a seamless application flow or a brand-new digital servicing experience, you’ll lead the charge in bringing beautiful, functional ideas to life

- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery to launch
- Translate data and customer feedback into actionable product decisions
- Prioritise effectively against team OKRs, balancing quality, speed and impact
- Partner closely with engineers, designers and analysts to test, iterate and learn
- Track and communicate outcomes, sharing results and insights widely
- Collaborate across tribes to align on dependencies and customer experience
- Contribute to improving our product development processes and culture
Our take
Zopa has been a pioneering force in the world of finance since 2005, lending out billions in personal loans since its inception, before the launch of its bank in 2020. Its depth of lending experience makes it a digital bank with a difference - offering all the benefits customers have come to expect from a challenger bank, but backed up by 16 years of know how.
Zopa has carved out a strong position for itself in UK fintech, offering more than just loans with products like savings accounts and credit cards. And its clear focus on lending and saving has paid off, with recent investment fueling both product growth and its entry into business lending. The bank also made its first acquisition, snapping up 'buy now, pay later' platform DivideBuy, as part of its expansion strategy.
On top of that, Zopa is now boasting two consecutive years of profit doubling, a rare feat in digital banking. Backed by fresh funding, it's now pushing into new territory with plans to launch a current account and integrate generative AI into customer services.
