Role
Who you are
- 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Experience leading or managing contractors, vendors, or small teams are nice to have
- Deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, and experience with leveraging GTM AI and automation tools to streamline workflows across the sales and marketing tech stack, strong familiarity with Metadata, LeanData, and Gong
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building attribution, routing, and lead scoring models
- A true systems thinker with the ability to translate GTM needs into architecture and implementation
- Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
What the job involves
- As Harvey’s first marketing operations hire, you will lead us in optimizing our marketing efforts, ensuring efficiency, and driving measurable results. The role involves building and managing foundational marketing systems, processes, and reporting to enable scalable build, test, and optimization of marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo, as well as other integrated tools — and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
- Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across marketing and sales
- Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems, from lead capture to routing, scoring, and nurturing
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, and lead generation initiatives
- Oversee data integrity, segmentation, and compliance within marketing systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI

Its ability to support legal practitioners as if it's another member of the team is what makes Harvey particularly interesting. This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
