- You have 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operations position
- You are fluent in French and English, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds
- You possess good analytical skills and experience working with software like Excel or Google Sheets

What the job involves
- We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the operations team responsible for exploring, launching and scaling new initiatives that will have a strong impact on urban mobility and the way millions of people are moving in cities
- As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time
- You will be responsible for building, scaling, and overseeing one of Bolt’s largest operational initiatives- our branded car program, which plays a key role in boosting driver engagement on the platform
- Your mission will be to ensure the success of this program by establishing efficient processes and continuously monitoring its performance
- You will be collaborating closely with both the France Local Operation team and the Bolt Central Operation Team, to lead the program to success and leverage driver performances on the Bolt platform
- Processes and tools - you will make sure to create strong and optimized processes and tools to: acquire leads, convert them through the full program funnel and track their performance
- Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges
- Manage outsourced teams, setting productivity and performance indicators, and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of these teams in supporting acquisition
- Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our drivers value proposition and improve performance and retention
- Taking actions based on customer feedback and identifying areas of improvement to enhance our customers’ satisfaction
- Collect competition intel and benchmarks data to ensure earnings are competitive
Our take
Bolt is another company in the competitive ride-sharing market that's trying to take market share away from Uber in London and Europe more broadly. They operate in 100 cities and have over 25 million customers
Their strategy is to focus on markets where Uber used to have a monopoly and then they come in with a better offering for drivers
Bolt has the ability to grow aggressively for now as they're well financed. They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
