Company mission
To reshape the foundations of travel operations with AI-powered technologies that reflect the disruptive era we're living in.
Role
Who you are
- 0-2 years of experience, with an engineering or business degree. Recent graduates are welcome
- Exceptionally smart. You learn fast, think clearly, and get to the core of a problem quickly
- Hungry. You want more responsibility than you're given, and you go and get it
- AI-native. AI is already part of how you work. You use it to get up to speed fast on the product, the market, marketing, onboarding and support
- Native or near-native English
What the job involves
- Reports to: Co-Founder & CTO
- We're hiring a Product & Growth Associate to work directly with our Co-Founder & CTO. You'll cover the customer lifecycle end to end: getting new customers live, growing existing ones, and creating the material that explains and sells our new flagship product - AcaiDesk
- This role is for someone early in their career (0-2 years) who is exceptionally sharp, hungry and AI-native. You'll learn the whole business at once, from product and market to marketing, onboarding and support, working alongside engineering and customer success
- Onboard new customers. Get new accounts live on AcaiDesk: run the kickoff, coordinate setup with engineering, train their teams, and make sure the first weeks go well
- Grow existing customers. Find where customers can get more out of Acai. Work with engineering to build what they need next, and upsell it to them
- Create product documentation. Produce the material that explains and sells the product: documentation, demo videos, onboarding videos and training guides
- Work directly with a founder. You'll work side by side with our Co-Founder & CTO from day one, across customers, product and go-to-market
- Work that moves the needle. Onboarding, customer growth and product marketing drive our revenue and retention, and you'll be in the middle of all three. As Acai grows, so does your role
- Customers from day one. ~20 enterprise customers, including some of the largest TMCs and OTAs in the world. You'll work with them directly
- Founders who've done it. Our team has built and exited in this space before, with the network and judgment that comes with it
- A team that takes the work, and each other, seriously. Small, senior, global. Low ego, high standards, and a culture that prioritizes growth as a person, not just as an operator
Our take
Acai Travel is an AI-driven platform designed to optimise travel operations. Building on the success of their previous ventures, the founders aim to tackle inefficiencies that have worsened due to industry changes and the rising demand following the pandemic.
The platform aims to cut agencies' costs by up to half by automating routine tasks and boosting efficiency. Its approach provides agencies with insights into travel behaviour, helping optimise services and predict upcoming trends.
Early results show a 20% reduction in handling times, with the potential for valuable savings as the full suite of products is rolled out. The company has already secured substantial funding and attracted clients like Kiwi.com and lastminute.com. Acai plans to invest in enhancing its platform and double agent efficiency.
