Senior Product Designer, Revv

• We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and isn't afraid to throw out the rulebook to create something better
• 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped products
• Builder mentality: you prototype rapidly and have side projects that showcase your creativity
• Systems thinker who can create scalable design frameworks
• Strong eye for visual design and attention to detail
• Experience with user research and data-informed design decisions
• Problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Startup experience is a plus, but we value creators from any background
• Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, etc.)

Desirable

• This isn't your typical design role. As one of our early design hires, you'll shape our entire product experience from the ground up
• We believe great design starts with understanding our users, but also requires vision and craft
• You'll balance user feedback with innovation, working directly with our VP of Product and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life
• Own end-to-end design process from research and ideation to pixel-perfect implementation
• Create and maintain our design system, setting the foundation for a scalable product
• Run user research sessions and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions
• Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that solve real user problems
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth hand-off
• Champion user-centered design across the organization
• Mentor other designers and elevate our design culture
