Who you are

You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior execs or founders
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
You’re a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Being highly organised with an eye for detail is just who you are
You’re proactive and can anticipate needs before they even come up
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a given
You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat
Experience in project management and booking travel is a nice plus

What the job involves

Provide full-on administrative support to the founder, and occasionally the co-founder.
Keep the founder’s diary in check—scheduling meetings, managing emails etc
Make sure the CEO’s day runs smoothly by prioritising tasks and handling the nitty-gritty so they can
Focus on the big stuff
Get meeting agendas sorted and make sure all the necessary prep work is done
Jump into project management tasks, keeping everything on track and within deadlines
Sort out travel arrangements—booking flights, accommodation, and everything in between
Keep the office running, making sure systems and processes are in place
