Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance of operations, technical, and analytical experience to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enable our marketing efforts
- We are looking for a true team player who has previously executed operations and supported development for high-growth Marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in marketing operations
- Expert-level proficiency in managing large-scale marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce, as well as associated integrations
- Experience building marketing operations engine from scratch to full productionAn expert grasp of core marketing metrics and KPIs for SaaS software business
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Expertise in campaign management and tracking across multiple marketing channels, e.g. email, website, events, direct mail, digital ads; solid foundation in web analytics
- Metrics-driven and results-orientedMasterful cross-functional collaborator and relationship-builder

What the job involves
- Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing Operations team. This role is critical to drive growth strategies that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven
- Key responsibilities include managing our MarTech technologies, standardizing processes, and helping the team make smart, data-driven decisions to achieve more efficiency. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, requiring both strategic and tactical execution
- Evolve our marketing automation practices, including managing our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, build scalable processes, and optimize our lead-to-closed won motion
- Partner cross-functionally to implement, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns, including influencing content, audience, cadence, and marketing systems/tools to maximize results
- Proactively identify risks or anomalies within our funnel, determine a course of action, then act decisively while balancing speed, agility and quality
- Collaborate with our Analytics team on the design, implementation, and optimization of demand generation reporting and campaign analysis; provide actionable insights and direction to enable data-driven marketing and sales decisions
- Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our communication platforms

Brightwheel's platform helps increase parental and teacher engagement with students everyday, while helping small education businesses save money, time, and to grow.
Brightwheel is carving out a name for itself as a service valuable for its exciting and useful new updates. It was quick to adapt to school closures too by offering distance learning capabilities and health testing. And on top of this, it also caters to childcare in lower-income areas with a freemium model. Making its a go-to platform for early education.
