Proven leadership experience in a senior engineering role
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in our tech stack
Track record of successfully delivering complex digital products
Excellence in team management and mentoring
Experience scaling engineering teams and processes

Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical excellence and business needs
Deep understanding of modern web technologies and architecture

What the job involves

Lead and mentor our engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Drive strategic technical decisions and architecture choices across all projects
Oversee project delivery, ensuring technical quality and alignment with business objectives
Represent our technical capabilities to clients and stakeholders
Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices
Support personal growth and career development within the engineering team
Collaborate with other department heads to drive business strategy
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning with Head of Project Delivery
Contribute to technical discovery and solution architecture
Drive innovation in our tech stack and development practices
