Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated project management experience and a track record of leveraging data for business impact
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.Highly proficient in Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

What the job involves
- We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Retail Partnerships team. In this role, you will help build and execute end-to-end sales operations processes, business rhythm reporting, ensure data hygiene among sales users in the CRM, and ad-hoc analysis. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen Retail Partnerships’ operational foundation while directly contributing to growth and scalability
- Maintain scalability, drive automation, and ensure accuracy of operational processes
- Project manage the rhythm of the business reporting cadence through MBRs, QBRs, etc
- Support leadership reporting by ensuring consistent process adoption and high data integrity
- Drive user adoption of our tools and systems to create a source of truth in the CRM
