Marketing Manager, Coverflex

• Native or fully fluent German, with professional English
• 5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, HR tech, or fintech preferred)
• Proven experience working in the German market
• Strong writing skills in German (native-level storytelling, not translation)
• Experience owning organic channels end-to-end (SEO, content, PR, events)
• Website management experience (content, landing pages, analytics)
• Ability to move between strategy and execution
• Proficient with AI tools in daily workflows

• You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:
• Delivered German market launch readiness (website, content, sales materials)
• Established initial brand presence (PR, community, events)
• Started generating inbound pipeline from organic channels
