Role
Who you are
- You have 1-4 years of experience in CRM campaign management, and a track record of driving results
- You bring experience thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment
- You’ve managed B2C CRM systems like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or LeanPlum
- You bring analytical skills and understand the importance of brand alignment in communication
- (First) experience with coding languages like JSON, Liquid, or HTML is a plus
- You’re excited to work hands-on, roll up your sleeves, and make a big impact in a small team
- You are fluent in English and possess a good understanding of German
What the job involves
- For this journey, we’re looking for a CRM Manager to fuel the growth and retention of our user base through innovative, strategic communication
- In a nutshell: As our CRM Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement efforts, responsible for both crafting and implementing our lifecycle communication strategy
- You’ll manage CRM activities for over +100k customers, with a strong focus on activation and conversion, ensuring our messaging resonates and drives action
- Owning and driving early lifecycle communication across push, email, and in-app channels
- Developing targeted, high-impact communication for specific customer segments to maximize engagement and retention
- Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaigns and scale successes
- Analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns, gathering insights, and driving continuous improvement
- Scheduling and managing push notifications, emails, and in-app messages using Customer.io
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm, develop, and brief new campaigns

Founded to improve financial and media literacy in the family unit, Bling is a financial management app that combines pocket money, mobile plans, savings and investments into one mobile app. It works with partner banks and companies to provide its customers with deals and tools, saving time alongside cash.
Partnerships with Societe Generale and Mastercard to offer bank-affiliated savings accounts and investment schemes preceded 2024’s release of a mobile plan via European Telkom. With $12 million invested in the company in 2024, Bling has more than quadrupled its value. It will be investing its capital in more products, though for the time being its focus market will remain on the EU.
