- Sourcing chops with a real track record of landing passive candidates
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing their decisions
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate quality and hiring manager trust
- Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and decisions
- Clear, concise, candidate-friendly communicator

What the job involves
- The Thrivers we hire build the company. This role exists to bring more of the right ones in. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to scope roles, build pipelines, and close high-quality talent
- Inbound won't always carry the pipeline. You'll spend real time sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and screening for genuine fit. Speed, judgment, and the trust you build with hiring managers define success here
- This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to expand their ownership, operate with significant autonomy, and sharpen both technical and non-technical recruiting skills in a fast-moving environment
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define scope, calibrate candidates, and shape hiring strategy
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and sharp LinkedIn outreach
- Deliver a candidate experience people talk about: clear communication, fast movement, and consistent SLA adherence
- Run structured recruiter screens that surface skills, motivations, and real role alignment
- Keep funnel data clean and use it to spot bottlenecks early: pass-through rates, time to hire, pipeline gaps
- Work alongside recruiting coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics seamless
- Help raise the bar on processes, workflows, and interview quality
Our take
Organic and non-GMO foods have been at the forefront of millions of consumers' minds and while the will is there, the way has often been blocked by inflated prices. Thrive Market wants to become the world's first climate positive grocery sore.
Thrive is disrupting that chain with a subscription based online grocery store that has a curated range of organic and non-GMO groceries, beauty and cleaning supplies. Members pay a fee and are rewarded with an extra 25-50% off regular retail prices, paying wholesale instead. Banking on the mainstream adoption of organic foods and with the long term effects of GMOs under heavy scrutiny, Thrive Market is enabling people to make healthy lifestyle choices without breaking the bank at traditionally more expensive shops like Whole Foods.
As well as considering an IPO, Thrive Market has also recently partnered with rePurpose Global to fight plastic pollution as well as with Beyond Meat, a particularly smart move because the vegan and meat reduction market shows no signs of slowing; as more people want to put their dollars towards products that are cleaner, safer and support the health of the planet.
