Who you are
- You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor’s or already doing your Master’s degree - ideally in a business-related field
- You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent German and English skills
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
- Initial experience in consulting, start-ups, or project management is a plus
What the job involves
- Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations
- Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics, working closely with the founders
- Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and hiring processes
- Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events, all-hands meetings) and shape our team culture
