Role
Who you are
- Have 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, web development, or digital optimization, ideally working directly with marketers, designers, or growth teams
- Bring confidence in implementing experiments and guiding customers on when and how to test
- Are comfortable advising on test design, statistical rigor, and experiment interpretation
- Have working knowledge of tools like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4, or other CRO/performance platforms
- Can implement or review front-end tracking and testing code, ensuring tags, pixels, and events are configured correctly
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping customers weigh tradeoffs in UX, speed, personalization, and experimentation
- Are eager to grow in areas like long-term CRO program design and growth experimentation strategy
- Thrive in ambiguity and proactively improve processes, outcomes, and customer results
- Welcome a diverse mix of individuals (including customers and colleagues) and their different perspectives
- Keep current on CRO trends, web performance best practices, and AI-powered optimization technologies

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation to help customers adopt and grow with Webflow Optimize
- In this role, you’ll partner with marketers, growth teams, and developers to design, implement, and analyze experiments that drive measurable impact
- Your work will not only guide individual customer success but will also influence how experimentation and optimization scale across Webflow’s customer base
- Reporting to the Director, Solutions Architects
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate onboarding and adoption of Webflow Optimize and experimentation tooling
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers aiming to improve site performance and conversions
- Guide customers on experiment design, implementation best practices, and test strategy, helping them decide when and how to test
- Advise customers on measurement frameworks using tools like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, GA4, or other analytics platforms
- Provide light implementation support for front-end tracking or testing code, including tags, pixels, or UTM-based goals
- Build reusable CRO frameworks, playbooks, and artifacts that make experimentation easier and faster for all customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface technical pain points and experimentation use cases that influence roadmap decisions
- Contribute to internal enablement content and tooling that improves how Webflow delivers experimentation at scale

No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
