Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and other HR technologies
- Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong problem-solving mindset, especially in systems management and process improvements
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
What the job involves
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for executive level candidates by scheduling with speed and efficiency
- Support existing recruiting technologies, including configuration, training, and creating documentation
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements in scheduling workflows, recruiter workflows, and recruiting operations
- Own recruiting data integrity by conducting routine audits, analyzing trends, and developing dashboards to support decision-making
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics
- Support team members with technical issues and troubleshooting related to recruitment systems
- Collaborate with cross-functionality stakeholders to enhance integrations, system functionality, and overall efficiency
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, and cross-functional teams
