Engineering Manager, StudyTube

• Ready to lead three dynamic teams on a mission to deliver top-notch infrastructure, seamless integrations, and data-driven insights
• 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3 years managing engineering teams, including DevOps, integration, and/or data teams
• Proven experience in owning (successful) projects from beginning to end
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure, IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud security principles and a track record of implementing best practices (DevSecOps)
• Solid knowledge of system monitoring and performance management, with experience in optimizing infrastructure to minimize downtime
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best

• Lead, mentor, and guide the DevOps and Integration teams to ensure collaboration, alignment, and a shared focus on achieving our technical and business goals
• Provide technical leadership, hands-on guidance, and support when needed, ensuring high quality standards (security, reliability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency) are maintained across the teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, robust infrastructure and data solutions
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and prioritize the team's (technical) roadmap
• Track key metrics related to engineering productivity and report on progress and impact
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring your teams proactively monitor system health, security, and performance, and react quickly to potential issues
