Marketing Analyst & Coordinator, ONI

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
• Strong analytical skills with experience working in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Experience supporting campaign setup, execution, and readiness across multiple channels
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets required; SQL/Tableau/Looker a plus)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, product marketing, and operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and process consistency
• Familiarity with paid acquisition, email automation, and campaign optimization

• Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, events, and content distribution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are aligned across teams
• Support audience segmentation, list targeting, and workflow execution within marketing automation platforms, partnering with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are set up for accurate measurement
• Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing-driven events includingconferences, trade shows, webinars, workshops, and internal programs
• Track campaign and event performance, generate post-campaign reporting, and surface insights and optimization recommendations
• Identify and recommend improvements to campaign coordination processes, workflows, and documentation

• Analyze lead flow, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI across channels
• Partner with SalesOps to align on pipeline health, regional effectiveness, and forecasting
