Who you are
- 6+ years of direct SaaS/software sales experience
- Extensive experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a new business focused field sales role (CFO, CPO, COO…)
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholder
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a range of client accounts
- Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills

What the job involves
- As part of the Technology Partnerships Organization, our OEM Sales team is responsible for selling into ERP, CRM and industry specific System of Record vendors with the objective of forming strategic partnerships centered around the Celonis Platform and its use in conjunction with or embedded in the vendor’s software
- Using a consultative sales approach, you will create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain partners and customers for life
- In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business within our newly established Software-Partner OEM Go-to-Market
- The OEM Go-to-Market establishes new Technology Partnerships with System of Record Vendors in the ERP and CRM space as well as Industry specific vendors to extend the reach of the Celonis Platform to new regions and markets
- You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand the account’s needs and how the Celonis Platform will drive value for the Software-Partners’ end customers and form a new revenue stream for the Software-Partner
- As the OEM Account Executive you will drive the end-to-end sales and customer life-cycle
- Manage a fixed number of accounts - land-and-expand is the typical model
- Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
- Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions
- From Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
- Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within these accounts
- Engage closely with your virtual team including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers / pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, implementation partners…
Our take
Celonis started out in an obscure niche which the company called process mining. Its first product was created to scan data logs for its clients and map out their processes in its entirety - inefficiencies and all. Celonis' product was in essence, to be considered a replacement for costly consultants and quants.
The company has since branched out into an even more niche area that plays on the strength of its products and proprietary technology - such as execution management solutions. Celonis' product found significant uptake across industries like supply chain, manufacturing, and business intelligence which quickly amassed it a wealth of enterprise customers and hundreds of millions of dollars in recurring revenue.
Celonis is king in its industry as it was founded just as data-heavy enterprise operations sky-rocketed. Now, the company is backed by hefty funding and impressive advisors across several industries, still seeing increased investment despite the venture capital market is experiencing a slowdown. Celonis has shown impressive foresight and innovation as a company and will continue to eat the fruits of those labour for many years to come.
