Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Solid understanding of the Swedish market — ideally with experience living and working in the region
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required; additional skills in Danish or Norwegian are a strong plus
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Experience executing demand generation campaigns and managing events or webinars is a plus
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and get things done
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a clear and structured working style
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to learn more about the construction sector
What the job involves
- We are hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to support and drive regional marketing initiatives across Nordic countries, with a strong focus on Sweden
- You will work in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing Team Lead and the regional business development team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and content tailored to these markets
- One Click LCA’s carbon accounting and reduction platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly
- We focus on the construction and manufacturing sectors, leading the charge in sustainability within the built environment
- You will join a mission-driven and highly international team working in a flexible, remote-first environment
- This is a full-time 18-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of extension (to be reviewed towards the end of the contract)
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for Sweden, Denmark and Norway in collaboration with the regional Business Development Team
- Manage and localize multi-channel campaigns and marketing content, ensuring it resonates with Swedish-speaking audiences
- Coordinate local events, webinars, and third-party sponsorships
- Set up new marketing activities tailored to Sweden
- Collaborate with the Global Growth Marketing Team to support performance in paid search, social media, and local website optimisation
- Work with the Global Brand Team to tailor messaging for Nordic audiences and generate or localize compelling content
- Track regional marketing performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline, ARR) and contribute to reports and insights
- Stay current on sustainability trends, requirements and industry developments in the Nordics to help identify opportunities

Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) apply scientific methodology to measure the environmental impact and sustainability metrics for projects and products, but can often be complex to complete. Through One Click LCA's platform, however, users can easily run LCAs, and subsequently report and make efforts to reduce their carbon emissions.
Put simply, the company's tech supports the calculation and reduction of environmental impacts associated with building, infrastructure, renovation projects, and manufactured products. Recent funding will help boost research and development, accelerate enterprise solutions delivery, support global expansion, and enable mergers and acquisitions across the construction and manufacturing verticals.
