Role
Who you are
- An enterprise software product expert, ideally with six (6+) plus years working in a team environment building world class products
- You have experience conducting market research and assessing competition, and also are a leader who interacts frequently with both internal and external stakeholders to drive delivery
- You are looking for a role where you can be highly impactful and can work directly with leadership to build AI products that are making an impact
- You love innovation and are always driving toward launch and delivery thanks to your high degree of ownership and control
- Ambiguity isn’t a challenge, but rather a chance for you to define and narrow a problem space independently
- You’re supercharged by having interesting, unsolved problems continually present themselves
- Ideally 6+ years of working in a high production environment in preferably the B2B SaaS space

- Is a pioneer that identifies new decisions to bring under management, is able to execute an initial sale and delivery as well as enable our GTM strategy to repeat and scale
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication

- Has experience with data-driven and/or machine learning products
- Can effectively correspond between technical and non-technical audiences

Our take
EvolutionIQ is a data-driven claim guidance platform for insurance providers. Its products combine structured and unstructured claim data with external third party data to provide powerful claim guidance, in an attempt to modernize the claims operations process.
The company's offering is certainly an attractive one for businesses handling large volumes of these claims - the solutions aim to help insurance providers detect and prevent fraud without impacting their productivity and customer experience. Historically, the insurance industry has had access to vast amounts of data without optimizing how they use it. EvolutionIQ's machine learning algorithms harness the learnings from every data point, allowing for much more well-informed, actionable insights.
Recently, the company was also acquired by CCC Intelligent Solutions. As part of this acquisition, the company will continue to operate as a standalone company and with a valuation of more than $200 million following a successful VC funding round, EvolutionIQ is focused on the further development of its product and international expansion as it hopes to capture a larger slice of this $10 billion market.
