Technical Project Manager, Fora

• 5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projects
• Experience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with suppliers including cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers
• Strong project planning, risk management and governance skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills

• We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology infrastructure projects across our growing portfolio
• Reporting to the Director of Technology Infrastructure, you'll manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard
• From new workspace fit-outs and technology refreshes to network upgrades and infrastructure deployments, you'll work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to bring projects to life

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the business
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and budgets
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Define testing, acceptance criteria and success measures
• Support improvements to project governance, standards and delivery methodologies
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with business priorities and technology strategy
