- Strong programming skills with Go, and experience with Python or JavaScript a plus
- Deep experience building scalable, secure, and reliable production APIs
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to distill technical requirements, build consensus, and drive work from design → implementation → monitoring
- A self-starter who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and prefers collaboration over top-down leadership styles

- Comfortable and competent in Agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, CoPilot
- Design, test, build, and scale production-grade APIs using Go (with occasional Python/JavaScript)
- Improve and maintain core API services that power large-scale planning and measurement workflows
- Implement and optimize process orchestration using Temporal and Airflow
- Ensure API resiliency, observability, and performance through rigorous monitoring, tracing, and alerting
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product requirements into architectural designs and execution plans
- Contribute to team-wide best practices across API design, security, testing, and service reliability
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and collaborative planning sessions
- Support continuous improvement through thoughtful documentation, automation, and consensus-driven decision making
- Technologies We Use: Go (primary), Python & JavaScript, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Airflow, Temporal, Bazel, AWS, Kubernetes
Our take
For companies looking for a more advanced and streamlined advertising ecosystem, VideoAmp provides tools to measure, transact with and unify audiences that were previously hard to interact with across the disparate traditional systems of TV, streaming and digital media.
In today's world where digital users are keenly aware of their data being used, sold and analyzed, VideoAmp has shrewdly put user privacy at its forefront. Its suite of data and software solutions allows a view of the audience which powers a more effective value exchange for the whole industry. Audiences no longer have to see irrelevant advertising and companies can bring users the content they want to see without compromising privacy.
The company has raised significant funding, further accelerating its leadership position in optimization solutions for the convergent TV ecosystem. This capital has also allowed VideoAmp to acquire Elsy, a media investment optimization platform. Alongside partnerships with media giants Omnicom Media and NBCUniversal, this is testament to VideoAmp’s growing momentum.
