What the job involves
- Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy Regional Vice President Public Sector to manage the Public Sector for the French & BeLux Market
- This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and shape Elastic’s strategy for the French & BeLux Public Market, including new logo acquisition and creation of a high-performance environment
- You will be responsible for establishing a scalable, repeatable sales motion and unlocking growth in one of Elastic’s most promising segments
- Manage and build out a team of Public Sector Account Executives in the French & BeLux market
- Build and execute a winning sales strategy tailored to the needs of the French & BeLux Market
- Foster a culture of energy, growth mindset, and high performance—motivating your team to achieve extraordinary results
- Lead from the front: actively engage in strategic deals, coach your team, and set the standard for excellence
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver value and innovation to customers
- Ensure quota attainment and drive Elastic’s sales methodology
- Champion teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs and provide support to your team as required
- Partnering across Elastic’s leadership community to ensure a seamless customer experience
