Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of DE&I strategies within a financial services environment, within an understanding of the relevant regulatory environment
- Experience in facilitating and consulting across management levels up to regional senior level teams on DE&I topics
- Global organizational experience in a multi-national context
- Comfortable producing content and facilitating training as a DE&I subject matter expert
- Experience working in a matrix environment and in remote teams
- Proven analytical skills
- Experience in developing briefings and presentations for executive level meetings
- Educated to degree level, or with relevant professional experience
What the job involves
- Work closely with DE&I resources, and EINs to develop, set and implement a DWS DE&I strategy and agenda – integrated into DWS’ global strategy
- Provide DE&I subject matter expertise (incl. production of toolkits, learning content, communications, marketing collateral) across HR and beyond, adapting global resources for the regions
- Monitor progress, ensure senior management awareness, develop and recommend solutions to course correct where necessary
- Support design and facilitation of interventions/programs to support diverse talent
- Work with data (e.g., representation data, hiring data, Performance Management data, People Survey results, Gender Pay Gap insights) to draw conclusions on areas of focus and make recommendations
- Influence leaders and employees to actively be engaged and involved in supporting the DE&I strategy and making progress against the objectives set
- Co-ordinate, guide/consult and actively support the DWS EINs and increase collaboration
- Produce/release internal/external communication across all channels in close collaboration with DWS Communications
- Monitor DE&I related regulation and support implementation
- Coordinate and produce input/responses to selective key external benchmarks, rankings, analyst and client requests as well as any internal or external DE&I related reporting requests (including content for Annual Report)
- Represent DWS in regional key external DE&I bodies, at key expert or client events as needed, and cultivate partnerships with key external partner organizations and suppliers to ensure innovative/cutting edge practices in talent development and DE&I are maintained
- Produce content and deliver diversity related training for employees as needed
