Senior People Operations Manager, Workstream

• 5+ years experience in People Operations role
• Strong project management skills
• Efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication skills
• Able and willing to work onsite 5 days a week which includes 2 days in SF and 3 days in Menlo Park
• Passionate people person who understands the value of positive employee experiences
• Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment

• We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented People Operations aficionado to join our small but mighty team
• This role will play an integral role in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes and will work cross functionally with other teams across the organization
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Own all aspects of maintaining employee data and identify opportunities for automation through HR technology
• Support benefits & perks program, including running annual Open Enrollment
• Manage immigration and visa cases
• Field employee questions/concerns and assist in confidential employee relations matters
• Assist with multi-state and multi-national employment compliance across our global hubs
• Administer People programs and initiatives such as engagement surveys and performance review cycles
• Actively participate in various ad-doc People Ops Team programs and projects
