Senior Financial Analyst, Nuvei

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience with enterprise transformation, cost reduction, or process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience partnering with senior leaders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

• The Transformation Office Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, reporting, and strategic analysis to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• This role partners with cross-functional teams to track financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess the financial impact of transformation projects
• The analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop and maintain financial models to track the impact of transformation initiatives
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to transformation projects
• Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with business units and project teams to assess financial implications of transformation efforts
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to drive decision-making
• Act as a financial advisor for transformation project leads, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) of transformation initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor cost savings and efficiency gains, ensuring financial targets are met
• Process Improvement & Risk Assessment:
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support implementation of financial best practices within the Transformation Office
