Who you are
- Must be able to fluently speak Spanish and will be expected to coach their reps and communicate with prospects in Spanish
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
- Experience with the Sandler methodology, sales funnel management and data driven operational excellence
Desirable
- Experience in Restaurant and POS industry preferred
What the job involves
- As a Spanish Cuisine Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be building and leading a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate
- This person will lead a team of Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives to meet and exceed unit, revenue, employee NPS and customer NPS objectives
- Hire, retain, and motivate high performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive results
- Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure Sales Managers and Account Executives are able to meet and exceed their individual and team sales objectives
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes needed
- Promotes trust and encourages collaboration to effectively resolve conflict and navigate change management
