Who you are
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation
- Proficiency in English
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring account renewal, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer/Co-founder
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their goals
- Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth
