Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years of related experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making
Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budget and forecast expectations
Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management
Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
