Role
Who you are
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS
- Experience operating at a company with $30M+ ARR and meaningful GTM complexity
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, managing, and scaling RevOps or Sales Ops teams
- Direct ownership of forecasting processes, CRM, quotas, territories, compensation, and enablement
- Strong operator with a bias toward execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated commitment to Sage’s mission to improve care for older adults and their caregivers
Desirable
- 12+ years of total professional experience across RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, or GTM Operations
- Experience supporting multi-product or hardware-plus-software businesses
- Track record of improving forecast accuracy and enforcing GTM discipline at scale
What the job involves
- Sage is entering its next stage of growth and is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own the operating system that drives predictable, scalable revenue
- This role is accountable for forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, quota and territory design, compensation operations, and GTM systems across Sales, Growth (Account Management), SDR, Client Success, and Marketing
- The Head of RevOps will partner closely with the executive team to set GTM strategy and translate it into execution, enforce operating rigor, and surface risk early as Sage scales its Core and Detect offerings. This leader will also be responsible for building a strong team that can support Sage’s rapid growth
- Serve as the executive partner for GTM, working closely with the CEO and COO to set growth targets and translate strategy into an executable operating plan
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting with consistent accuracy at executive and board levels
- Design and operationalize quota setting, territory models, capacity planning, and coverage across Sales and Growth
- Own the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot as the system of record, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and scalable workflows
- Enforce GTM process rigor including stage definitions, MEDDPICC qualification, handoffs, and exit criteria
- Design and administer compensation plans aligned to go-live based revenue recognition
- Lead sales enablement by operationalizing playbooks, onboarding, and process changes that improve seller effectiveness

In the event of an accident or fall, elder care facilities largely rely on outdated nurse call systems, which can mean residents wait longer than necessary to receive care or attention. Sage solves this problem by providing carers and institutions with a modern operating system.
Sage's caregiver app allows carers to identify patients in need of help, as well as providing tools for triage and the reviewing of care information. As one of the first companies to bring a data-driven approach to elder care in this way, Sage has received strong attention and raised an impressive $35 million in funding in 2024.
The age-tech market is growing steadily, and becoming more competitive, which means Sage will need to invest heavily in scaling its outreach in order to consolidate its progress. That said, it has established an early foothold which gives it a place to work from as it develops into the future.
