Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years in a Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Experience with SaaS platform demos, RFP responses, and solution design documentation
- Bonus: Familiarity with FAVR or vehicle reimbursement programs
What the job involves
- You are equal parts communicator, translator, and strategist. You thrive at the intersection of sales and product—translating customer needs into actionable solutions while championing our platform’s capabilities.
- Whether demoing features, scoping requirements, or surfacing market insights to Product, you play a pivotal role in driving deals forward and shaping our roadmap
- Act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Lead tailored product demonstrations, deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers
- Collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assist in building proof-of-concept trials when needed
- Analyze prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ ROI, and support sales strategies
- Be the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy

Cardata has clearly evolved with the times and enjoyed a tripling of annual recurring growth since its new leadership team stepped in. It also received $100 million in growth equity in 2023, which is being put towards new and existing product innovation, and the increase of market coverage.
