Who you are
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and partnership management within retail, tech, or energy sectors
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful outcomes
- Growth Mindset with a proactive approach to learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, focusing on driving both personal and organizational growth
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies effectively
- Experience in partner management within the retail or e-commerce industry, with an emphasis on long-term relationship building and performance metrics
- Performance-driven with a deep understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of the wallbox sector is a plus but not essential
What the job involves
- The Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for Smart Charging will elevate Tibber's position in e-commerce and partnerships by defining and executing targeted marketing strategies, collaborating with key partners, and managing high-impact campaigns
- This role requires a strategic marketer skilled in sales-driven partnership management and campaign optimization to strengthen Tibber’s presence and engagement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving partner-driven sales growth, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and stakeholder expectations
- Define, execute, and monitor high-impact campaigns to achieve targeted sales objectives, leveraging data analytics and feedback to continuously optimize performance
- Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives, coordinating closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless launch and sustained market success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, working collaboratively to co-create campaigns, optimize promotions, and ensure alignment on brand strategies and sales targets
- Negotiate and maintain partner agreements, fostering success through strong alignment and partnership
- Coordinate business development efforts with partners and internal stakeholders, identifying and advancing growth opportunities that align with strategic goals
- Engage and align with internal and external stakeholders to support all sales and marketing initiatives, effectively communicating goals and gathering feedback to promote a cohesive approach across teams and partners
- Work with stakeholders to develop compelling, market-appropriate materials that reflect Tibber’s brand and resonate with partners and customers alike
- Optimization messaging across the portfolio, ensuring all content supports sales and partner objectives
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and partnerships, continuously testing new approaches to improve effectiveness
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with product, customer success, and data teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product developments and customer needs
- Act as a liaison between marketing, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of joint efforts

The average household today is in a position to purchase electricity from a range of suppliers, but classically will only buy from one. Tibber supplies an AI for households to purchase energy from a number of suppliers, at the best prices at the best time of day, to reduce their electricity costs, alongside helping them to reduce usage in their homes.
Tibber, founded in 2016, was built as a response to outdated utility management tools. Users access the service via an app, with the AI purchasing electricity automatically at the lowest possible price, as well as alerting customers to consume energy during the cheapest hours of the day. The Tibber hub for smart homes is able to connect various energy sources, such as solar panels and EV chargers, to enable more intelligent electricity production as well as consumption.
Tibber has seen huge amounts of investment, showcasing the popularity of and confidence in its product. The company serves hundreds of thousands of households, and has its sights firmly set on continued expansion across Europe.
