Who you are

If you are proactive, detail-oriented, with a good sense of design, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, then this role is ideal for you
At least 3 years of design experience, evidenced by a portfolio of high-quality, diverse projects
A creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for motion graphics, branding or brand design, and typography
Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Good working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Experience in presentation design is a bonus
Excellent organizational skills

What the job involves

We're looking for a talented and dedicated mid-weight Digital Designer to join our video production team
At Oxolo, you'll craft dynamic templates and unique visual content within our cutting-edge AI-powered video generation platform
This role is perfect for everyone who enjoys telling stories through graphic design, motion graphics, and UI design, influencing how companies create videos
Your role will involve creating corporate templates and videos for potential customers
You will be responsible for designing visual stories, without the need for cameras, microphones, or studios
Lead video production initiatives from concept to completion
Work closely with our Video Producer to create attractive templates and video assets that align with our brand
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life
Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling videos using our platform
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering ideas and adapting to feedback
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative ideas into your designs

Our take

The surge in AI-powered videos, capable of manipulating real people's speech or crafting synthetic personas, has sparked a robust demand for personalised and scalable video content. However, the intricate and labor-intensive nature of generating such videos at scale poses a significant challenge.

Enter Oxolo. Leveraging generative AI, it enables businesses to create tailored videos for employees based on various parameters such as management level, gender, and location. These videos can automatically assess their performance using A/B testing. If an employee loses interest in a video, Oxolo adapts and replaces it with a more engaging version.

This technology can of course also be applied to product videos, continually optimising their performance. As the market for video advertising and content creation tools continues to expand, Oxolo could be poised for significant growth, and a successful Series A funding round in 2023 shows this hasn't gone unnoticed.
