Sales Development Representative, Oneplan

• Ability to CLOSE customers for the next step (i.e. online product demonstration)
• Capability to manage a large pipeline of leads through salesforce.com
• Ability to interrogate software such as Tableau, PowerBI & Rocket Reach to mine and extract data
• Builder of trust-based relationships

• Flexible working hours (we are a KPI based business, with some early starts and late finishes when required)
• Willing ‘All Rounder’, as a growing global business of 50 employees, you will be asked to sometimes support non sales activities
• Self Driven. Our North American team is now above 10 employees, however all work remotely meaning self-motivation to succeed is essential
• Ambitious, curious and well organised self-starter with a can-do attitude
• This is an entry level role and will suit someone who is just about to embark on their professional career
• Knowledge and passion for Start-ups I Tech I Events I Sports I Networking
• English to a high professional level
• Prior experience in HubSpot, Apollo.io or similar softwares

Desirable

• Though a 100% Remote based position, you will work closely with the Sales Team to execute the North America sales strategy
• Our Demand is generated from multiple channels including word of mouth, LinkedIn, SEO, referrals, events, PR, direct marketing and YOU. You’ll be responsible for connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they are a good customer fit for us
• Database Creation. Sales Navigator Research combined with Rocket Reach usage and spreadsheet generation to create benchmark databases to maximise sales outreach responses
• Support the achievement of Monthly Sales Budgets
• Sifting, Uncover and Qualify Leads to pass on to your BDM colleagues
• ‘End to end’ selling of our entry product
• Enhance our knowledge on target segments, and propose strategies to attack them
