Who you are
- 10+ Years of High-Stakes Experience: A proven track record in enterprise technology alliances, ISV ecosystems, or strategic business development with direct, measurable revenue impact
- The OEM Edge: Direct experience launching or managing OEM, embedded, or white-label partnerships. You understand the unique legal, financial, and technical hurdles of these high-value deals
- Strategic Category Expertise: You understand the landscape of Identity, ERP (SAP/Workday), and the emerging world of Agentic AI and LLMs.Commercial Architecture: You don't just sign MOUs; you build co-sell frameworks, referral programs, and joint GTM engines that move the needle on the P&L
- Executive Presence: You can navigate a boardroom at a Fortune 500 partner just as easily as you can white-board an integration roadmap with a Product VP
What the job involves
- We are seeking a heavy-hitting Business Development leader to define and execute our global technology alliances strategy
- This isn't just about managing relationships—it’s about revenue engineering
- You will identify the high-growth categories—from Agentic AI platforms and LLM providers to ERP giants like SAP, Oracle, and Workday—and architect the OEM and embedded deals that turn Saviynt into a global distribution powerhouse
- Define the Global Alliance Blueprint You will own the master strategy for our technology ecosystem
- You aren't just reacting to the market; you are choosing the winners. You will prioritize and penetrate critical categories:
- Next-Gen AI: Agentic AI platforms and LLM providers
- Enterprise Core: SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Snowflake
- Ecosystem Essentials: ITSM (ServiceNow), Security Platforms, and Cloud Hyperscalers
- 2. Support Strategic Pursuits and Embedded Revenue We are looking for an expert in high-scale monetization. You will lead the program structure for:
- Embedded Offering: Structuring complex commercial models to ideate and create embedded/bundled offerings with key partners
- Co-Sell & Referral: Building the frameworks that turn partner sales forces into an extension of our own
- 3. Drive Technical & Commercial Alignment You will sit at the center of Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure our integrations aren't just "technical wins" but market-ready products. You’ll oversee integration roadmaps that align our platform extensibility with the strategic goals of our highest-value partners
Our take
Sayvint’s Identity Governance and Administration platform helps secure access to corporate systems in the cloud such as Workday, Office 365, AWS, Salesforce, SAP and Hadoop. It was created to offer an innovative, modern solution as its founder believed that existing identity services were not optimized.
By spending its early years in stealth mode, developing its product technology and switching to a cloud based model, the company was well prepared for a quick up-scale. This has been achieved partly because of the fact that it favours targeting large companies, boasting clients like Marriott, BP, KuppingerCole and Toyota Connected.
Sayvint faces a major rival in the form of SailPoint, which was an earlier entrant in the space, and went public sooner. However, Sayvint is growing rapidly and has converted some notable customers from SailPoint in the process. The company has continually invested in its platform to maintain a competitive edge, earning industry recognition along the way, and has recently concentrated on securing new customers and growing its partner ecosystem.
