- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, ideally within fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors
- Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued
- A self-starter who is motivated, tenacious, and driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining a high sense of urgency
- Proven track record of delivering results with exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and follow-through
- Ability to identify and address challenges, driving meaningful change where needed
- A natural people person who can engage with candidates at all levels, exhibiting a flexible, fearless attitude and excitement about building something meaningful
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is highly preferred to cater to the local market
What the job involves
- We're looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in London and support Blockchain.com’s ongoing growth.
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building out both Tech and Non-Tech functions across Europe for one of the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies
- Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent across our offices distributed across the globe (Americas, EU, UK, APAC)
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from the initial point of contact through to onboarding
- Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, feedback exchange, managing the offer process, and facilitating smooth onboarding
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers across various teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to engage the best talent, ensuring you are using the right approach for each hiring need
- Craft engaging and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the unique aspects of each role and the company’s culture
- Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, universities, meetups, and other key events to build a strong network and attract top talent
