Program Manager, Anduril Industries

• This role requires a detail-oriented Program Manager with experience securing, driving and managing every aspect of the supply chain for an aircraft delivery program
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Engineering or applicable discipline specific to the needs of the MD Team
• 10+ years experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Mission Success Manager, Operations Manager or Engineering Manager in an autonomous systems environment for defense application
• Strong understanding of the DoD acquisition process including DCMA and compliance
• Experience managing manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment for UAS programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
• Understanding of DoD compliance regulations and milestone management
• Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations
• Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and with minimal direction
• Strong experience in project management and project management technologies (e.g. JIRA and Confluence); practical familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply them where best suited
• Must be willing to travel 50%
• Eligible to obtain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• We are looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will manage manufacturing, supply chain, delivery, training, and sustainment for Group 3 UAS development programs
• Own the manufacturing, supply chain, delivery and sustainment for Group 3 UAS products
• Secure supply chain, overseeing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of aircraft
• Act as the primary POC for customers, vendors, and Anduril leaders
• Build trusting relationships with the customer and our vendors
• Ensure customer schedules are set, inputs are documented, and deliverables are met
• Oversee customer training aspects, ensuring effective program ramp-up
• Ensure adherence to compliance and milestone requirements
• Travel to customer sites, test event, and demonstration events
• Demonstrate high ownership on all pieces of work; build trust and forge long standing relationships with Anduril teammates, vendors, and customers through effective communication, positive attitude, and meticulous follow-through
