Who you are
- You're an enterprise marketer who believes great campaigns are built through fast learning, tight sales alignment, and relentless focus on pipeline impact
- You're energized by designing, testing, and evolving enterprise campaigns using data, feedback from Sales, and real-world reslts to guide what comes next
- You know etnerprise marketing isn't about poerfetion; it's about momentum, iteration, and compounding wins
- With 5-8+ years of experience in B2B markdeting at a startup or growth-stage company, you've partnered deeply with Sales and BDR to support long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and account-based motions
- You’ve owned a meaningful slice of pipeline, understand how marketing and sales win together, and care deeply about conversion quality, not just volume
- You’re collaborative, low-ego, and opinionated in the best way
- You work hand in hand with Sales and Marketing to diagnose what’s working, fix what’s not, and move faster together
- You’re comfortable orchestrating across many channels—while personally owning and executing a few high-impact ones—and you see AI as a force multiplier for learning and execution speed
What the job involves
- Enterprise Campaign Orchestration (with Speed & Learning at the Core)
- Design and orchestrate integrated enterprise campaigns across digital, ABM, field marketing, events, and offline experiences
- Build and evolve enterprise buying journeys that reflect real sales cycles and buying committees
- Run fast experimentation cycles - test hypotheses, learn quickly, and scaling what works
- Bring a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and learning velocity into the broader marketing team
- Own a defined portion of enterprise pipeline, with clear accountability for impact and outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to priority accounts, territories, and pipeline goals
- Work hand in hand with the BDR function to maximize pipeline impact - aligning campaigns, messaging, and outreach sequences
- Create tight feedback loops with Sales and BDRs to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion
- Orchestrate across other channel owners to ensure cohesive execution
- Personally own and execute a portion of high-impact channels or motions (e.g., field programs, industry marketing, offline, sales-driven campaigns)
- Ensure digital and offline efforts reinforce each other across the enterprise journey
- Define and report on your success using pipeline contribution, account engagement, and conversion metrics
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate experimentation, personalization, and insight generation
- Continuously refine campaign strategy based on performance data and sales feedback

Video intelligence is the process of analyzing real-time video footage with AI-driven computer vision to diagnose and solve problems. Whilst most businesses could benefit from such technology, it usually requires the expensive and disruptive installation of specialized camera equipment, and when combined with its complexity of use, this deters many potential users.
Spot AI develops an AI-driven video intelligence platform for businesses, offering software integrations for existing cameras and free-to-use high-resolution cameras. The platform allows all relevant parties to access videos securely and investigate them through AI-driven computer vision, preventing the need for time-consuming manual investigations and back-and-forth access dilemmas.
The largest challenge the company faces is the expensive nature of video intelligence, but Spot AI provides its technology either through integration with existing cameras or by providing its high-definition cameras for free. 2025 saw it release a breakthrough for the industry - the first remote video AI agents for physical security.
