Who you are

You pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or relevant studies
You speak German at the native or bilingual level and you have excellent English skills
You have gained prior work experience from jobs or internships, managing projects with deadlines and collaborating with teams
You are proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel/Powerpoint and have an analytical mindset

What the job involves

As a Finance Working Student, you will play a crucial role in our finance operations ensuring that our company runs at the highest possible level of excellence
In order to do so, you will be owning recurring tasks and operational projects together with our Head of Finance, Leon, and our Finance team
Run our accounts receivable processes
Be the first point of contact with customers regarding invoicing
Support our accounts payables processes
Take part in monthly closing and make sure that performance of charles is displayed in the most accurate and meaningful way
Support in project work, such as setting up a Business Intelligence function or communication with external financing providers

Conversational Commerce is big business in markets like China, but its adoption in Europe and elsewhere is relatively new. With its significant funding and streamlined, all-in-one solution, charles is well-placed to gain a leading position in this promising new market.
