Sales Development Representative, Sift

• Ideally 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development role (SDR, BDR, Account Development Representative)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build rapport and qualify leads quickly and efficiently
• A data-driven mindset with a hunger for continuous improvement
• Experience with outreach and prospecting tools (SalesLoft, Outreach.io, etc.) a plus

Desirable

• As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals.
• In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape our processes from the ground up
• You should be passionate about working closely with companies solving complex engineering challenges, including satellite constellations, renewable energy, and autonomous transportation.
• You will report to our VP Sales
• Prospect and qualify leads through a variety of channels (phone, email, social media)
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges
• Champion SiftStack's solutions through compelling presentations and demos
• Set clear and attainable appointments for our Account Executives
• Maintain a strong understanding of SiftStack's value proposition and competitive landscape
• Research and identify new target accounts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales development process
