• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring for highly technical and senior roles, ideally within the tech or STEM sectors
• Exceptional expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates for highly specialized and cutting-edge fields such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, providing strategic counsel on talent acquisition and organizational growth
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, advanced Boolean search techniques, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A deep understanding of the quantum computing landscape and a passion for the industry and its impact on the world

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition Leadership: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, from role definition and job specification through to final offer acceptance. Ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for candidates at every touchpoint
