What the job involves
- At Slerp, we’re on a mission to help restaurants, cafés, and bakeries take back control of their online ordering and customer relationships. And we’re looking for a Brand Content Coordinator to help tell their stories
- You’ll help us turn real-life success into content that educates, inspires, and drives action—from Instagram and LinkedIn posts to case study videos and newsletters
- Whether you’re on location with a partner capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or editing a clip that shows off a mouthwatering new menu item—you’ll be helping the brands people already love grow even stronger through tech
- Make scroll-stopping short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube—both behind and in front of the camera
- Edit videos that showcase the growth stories of our partners and how direct ordering is changing the game
- Work directly with restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to gather reviews, testimonials, and case study material
- Turn great stories into great content across multiple formats—social, email, blog, and more
- Help build and run email marketing campaigns using HubSpot—writing content, and testing ideas
- Capture content around events, launches, and campaigns that bring our community together
- Manage and grow Slerp’s social presence across Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Engage with our community, reshare partner content, and jump into relevant conversations

Our take
The UK food delivery market more than doubled between 2015 and 2020, reaching approximately £3.6B in 2024 and is expected to reach £11.4B by 2027. The market has surged as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and Slerp is definitely following that industry trend. Slerp grew 600% between 2020 and 2021, and its momentum has continues with a 275% increase in delivery sales over three years.
Slerp is an e-commerce solution for Multi-Site restaurants, Enterprise, Quick Service restaurants (QSR) and Casual Dining. It provides an alternative to companies like Deliveroo or Uber Eats for hospitality restaurants. And it sets itself apart by offering lower commission fees compared to rivals and the option for partners to customise their websites.
Brands like Zia Lucia, Chopstix, Ottolenghi, Island Poke, Crosstown & Karma Cans use Slerp’s service. For now, Slerp is focusing on British-based food businesses, most recently in the northwest of the country but, over time, it will begin to think about expanding internationally.
